THE EFFECT OF COVID-19 FEAR ON THE INTERNET BANKING AND MOBILE BANKING USAGE EXPERIENCES OF THE BABY BOOMERS GENERATION

This study is aimed to reveal the internet banking/mobile banking usage behavior of Baby Boomers generation, whose technology adoption and level relatively poor compared other generations in pandemic, on axis customer experience Covid-19. For this purpose, data collected from 176 participants with convenience sampling method was analyzed using Structural Equation Model. The results show that as positive perceptions generation customers about their increased, trust bank also increased; similarly, higher where they use service, commitment bank. While do not reflect a direct relationship between commitment, it shows these customers' Covid-19 fear during pandemic strengthens commitment.
